Why This Summit Matters

Consulting has always been defined by human judgment. That principle will endure.

What is changing is how insights are generated, how services are delivered, and how clients measure value. AI is accelerating decision making, shifting pricing models, and altering team structures. For independents and boutiques, these changes present both risk and opportunity.

This summit focuses on how consultants can combine human expertise with AI to deliver meaningful outcomes and build future ready practices.
